Cancellations

We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule. In fairness to everyone, we kindly ask for:

• 24-hour advance notice for cancellations. This allows us to fill your spot with another client.
• Full payment if you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment ("no-show"). This helps us compensate our therapists for their time.

Late Arrivals

Please be on time out of respect for your therapist and other clients. If you arrive late:

• We may need to shorten your session to avoid impacting others.
• If there isn't enough time left, your therapist may decline to start the treatment, in which case you will be charged for the full session.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone/text at least 24 hours in advance.
